About Good Night's Kip
I became a mum in my early 40’s and found myself far away from my ‘village’. With experience in midwifery services I thought I had it all sorted but the importance of support during the transition into matrescence became very clear to me. There began my journey of social media immersion in all things baby. The result was a passion for attachment focused parenting, full responsiveness and maximising sleep for parents and children. I am now nearing the end of my training with the Holistic Sleep Coaching Programme and will soon be fully qualified at OCN Level 6. I’m excited to use my knowledge, experience, and empathy to support you and your family as you navigate your own unique journey.


My approach
Holistic sleep coaching looks at the whole picture — your baby’s development, feeding, environment, temperament, and your family’s unique rhythms — rather than offering one‑size‑fits‑all solutions. It’s rooted in attachment and responsiveness, meaning babies are never left to cry unsupported; instead, I'll work gently, at your child’s pace, using approaches that protect connection, nurture emotional security, and help everyone get more rest in a way that feels right for your family. I will listen to your experiences and provide an understanding ear, reassurance, and empower you to move forwards with your goals in a way that suits your family.
